CSD Authorization to Release Information is used when a family has a clinician or physician with whom they would like CSD/DHS personnel to communicate. This form must be completed before we are able to communicate with your student's therapist or doctor. Once completed, please turn the form in (you can scan and send it electronically) to your student's counselor. FORM
Benefits of Down Time
This year, in the DHS Advisement Program we have purposely planned for opportunities for student to experience some down time. There is research to support students' need for such. Parents, please encourage students to think about how they can benefit from downtime, when the opportunity arises. You may want to read this article and talk to your students about the benefits of downtime.
